Welcome to the conference scheduling site for CVMS.  Our staff is looking forward to meeting with you on Thursday, October 9, 2025. You will have the option to meet with the teachers in-person or virtually.

Virtual conferences will be available from 3:00p.m. – 5:10p.m. only. 

In-person conferences will be available from 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. only.

If you schedule a virtual conference (between 3:00-5:10p.m. only), the teacher will email you a Google meet invitation prior to the conference. The scheduling option will be available beginning on September 29th at noon and will end on October 6th at 3p.m.  

If you attempt to schedule a conference and the teacher is booked all evening, please email your child's teacher directly so they can make other arrangements with you. If you need additional assistance please contact Mrs. Noll at 533-5544 Ext. 73251.
