Welcome to the Parkway West High School Online Scheduler.

Selecting your Parent/Teacher Conference will only take a few minutes.

  • These are six (6) minute virtual conferences.

  • Conferences are Thursday, October 9th from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m.

    • 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. VIRTUAL CONFERENCES
    • 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. IN-PERSON CONFERENCES

  • Registration will OPEN on Wednesday, October 1st at 7:00 am.

  • Registration will CLOSE on Monday, October 6th at 10:00 p.m.

  • Conferences for ALL teachers will end at 8:00 p.m.

  • Teachers will only be available by appointment, so please register if you would like to meet with your student's teacher(s).

******************PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!******************

It is very important that you know your child's teachers. Please only sign up for ONE (1) conference per teacher and only ONE (1) teacher per time slot. We recommend leaving a gap between each conference to allow time to navigate to your next conference.

Most teachers are listed TWICE, once for VIRTUAL, and once for IN-PERSON. Make sure you are choosing the format you desire. (If a teacher is only listed once, they are not available for the other timeframe).

  • To sign up for conferences individually:
    1. Click on the teacher's name below, playing close attention to Virtual or In-Person. [Not viewable until October 1st]
    2. Choose an available time slot.
    3. Fill in the required information.
    4. Click "Sign Up for Your Conference".
    5. Click on "MyConferenceTime" banner at top and repeat the process for additional conferences.
  • To sign up for multiple conferences at once:
    1. Click on the "Register for Multiple Conferences" link below.
    2. Choose the number of students you have and click continue.
    3. Fill in the required information for each student and click continue.
    4. Choose all of the teachers you wish to conference with (making sure to play close attention to Virtual or In-Person) by clicking on each teacher, then click on: "Find Schedules with Common Dates."
    5. Click on "View Conferences for Thursday, October 9th.”
    6. Select available time slots and click on "Sign Up for Selected Conferences".


  • PLEASE NOTE: There is no time between conferences. Please do not schedule conferences back-to-back (ex: if you schedule a 3:00 conference, do not schedule a 3:06 conference) as it will not account for navigation time between conferences.
