Thank you for scheduling a meeting to discuss your child's current progress in my class! I'm looking forward to speaking with you. 

Please schedule one conference per child. If your child has more than one class with me (i.e. Social Studies and Science), please schedule one conference total for both classes to make sure that all parents have the opportunity to select a time slot.
