Fall Assessment Kindergarten 2026-2027

Welcome!

These assessments are a way for us to better understand where your child is academically at the start of the school year. Students will be assessed on letters, phonemic awareness, numbers, and math skills.

This information will help me better support and teach your child throughout the school year. Please know that there are no “right” or “wrong” answers, this is simply an opportunity for me to see what your child already knows and where they may need additional support.

Please bring your child with you to the assessment. I will greet you at the door and bring you to the classroom.

Were you unable to make it to Meet the Teacher Night on September 2nd? This is also a great time to meet me, take a peek around the classroom, and bring in your child’s school supplies!
