Our teachers look forward to meeting with you during our Parent-Teacher Conferences. Below is information about our conferences
You are able to choose to attend on 1 of the 2 days available. Available conference slots will fill up on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you schedule the better.
Due to limited availability, parents can only schedule a maximum of two conferences with core team teachers in the fall and then another conference in the Spring (Social Studies, Math, Language Arts and Science).
Parents can schedule conferences with as many of your student's encore teachers as you would like.
Conferences are not required.
Students are invited to participate in conferences with parents. If students do attend, they must remain with parents at all times.
If you are Signing Up for Just One Conference Time Slot...
1. Click on the link for the staff member you would like to schedule.
2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that are available. 3. Click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
4. Print the next page or wait until you receive a confirmation via email so you know your schedule and room on Conference Night. Use the “Individual Link” to access the virtual conference on your selected date.
If you are Signing Up for Multiple Conference Time Slots (Remember: Maximum of two conference with core team teachers)...
1. Click on the “Register for Multiple Conference” link.
2. Indicate the number of students you will be scheduling and click “Continue”.
3. Enter the required information and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
4. If you have more than one student to schedule, enter additional student(s) on the next screen. Click “Continue”.
5. Click on the first teacher you would like to meet with and hit the > arrow to move it over to the “Selected Schedules” box.
6. Add additional teachers by repeating step 5.
7. Once you have chosen the teachers you would like to meet, click on “Find Schedules with Common Dates” at the bottom of the page.
8. Dates with available times that match your criteria will appear. Choose one.
9. Find the available times for the teachers you would like to see and click on the appropriate box.
10. Once you have selected your teachers and times, click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
11. Print the last page or wait until you receive a confirmation by email so you know your schedule for Conference Night.
12. The day before your conference, the email you provided when you signed up will be sent a reminder of your chosen date/time, along with information for virtual conferences if applicable.
