Our first parent/teacher conferences will occur on Thursday, October 9th, from 2:50 pm -4:50 pm, In person or Virtual


To sign up for your child’s conferences, please do the following:

  • Scroll down this page and locate your child’s teacher.  

  • Click on the teacher’s name and select a time slot.  

  • Complete the necessary information to secure your conference.  

  • After you sign up for teacher conferences, you will receive a confirmation email with a meeting link.  Please SAVE the confirmation email.  It will be the only communication that you will receive that contains the link that you will use to meet the teacher virtually.  The link will provide you with a virtual face to face conference link.  When it is your time to meet, the teacher will accept you into the conference to avoid any overlap with another parent.  


Please note that some of our staff have limited availability (adjusted in MyConference Time) and may not be available to meet during these dates and times but are always available through email for any questions or concerns you may have.  Teachers who are not available at all that evening will not be in MyConference Time. You are encouraged to reach out to them through email, and they will contact you at a later date.


If you happen to log into or call in to your conference time and nothing happens right away, please know that the teacher will be there ASAP to meet you, as the teacher may be completing a previous conference in a different virtual meeting room.
