Forest Hills School District is committed to engaging parents in their childâs learning experience. Winter parent-teacher conferences will be offered in-person throughout the district. If you feel the need to conference with your childâs teacher, we encourage you to follow the specific process outlined below.
On behalf of the staff at Ayer Elementary, we would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in your child's education. This round of conferences is scheduled for two different dates. Please consider the following guidelines when scheduling conferences with classroom teachers:
Classroom teachers, Grades KDG through 6th: Parents should sign-up for ONE Conference with their child's homeroom teacher.
Unified Arts Teachers (Specials) and the Gifted IS (ELO Teacher) are each available for ONE conference per family.
ESL, Reading, and Intervention Specialists will be able to join conferences that are scheduled with general education teachers. Feel free to reach out directly to them if you are requesting they be present.

1. Click on the link for the staff member you would like to schedule.
2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that are available.
3. Click on âSign Up for Selected Conferencesâ at the bottom of the page.
4. Check for a confirmation email so you know your scheduled time is secure.
If you are signing up for conferences for multiple children:
1. Click on the âRegister for Multiple Conferencesâ link.
2. Indicate the number of students you are scheduling before entering the required information for each student.
3. Click on the first teacher(s) you would like to meet with and hit the > arrow to move it over to the âSelected Schedulesâ, adding additional teachers by repeating.
4. Once you have chosen the teachers you would like to meet with, click on âFind Schedules with Common Datesâ at the bottom of the page.
5. Click the black block that reads âView Conferences for the dates neededâ.
6. Once you have selected your teachers and times, click on âSign Up for Selected Conferencesâ.
7. You should receive confirmation by email so you know your scheduled times are secure.
