*Sign-up for ONE conference time for each child you have attending Clayton by 8:00 am, March 4th.
Families with multiple households, please choose ONE conference time per child as there are a limited number of times available to schedule all families. It is the district expectation that families coordinate this one conference together.
You may choose to also schedule with a specialist (PE, art, music, counselor) if you wish to have a separate conference with them. Please be aware that their scheduling availability may be different than classroom teachers.
*Special Education, Speech, ML Staff and Reading/Math Interventionist staff will attend individual student conferences with general education teachers as available.
In order to keep the entire schedule on track, please be mindful of the time as the conference will end promptly with an announcement at the end of 15 minutes.
