Welcome to the conference scheduling site for CVMS.  Our staff is looking forward to meeting with you on Thursday, October 8th, 2026. You will have the option to meet with the teachers in-person or virtually.

Virtual conferences will be available from 3:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. only. 

In-person conferences will be available from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. only.

If you schedule a virtual conference (between 3:00-5:15 p.m. only), the teacher will email you a Google meet invitation prior to the conference. The scheduling option will be available beginning on Monday, September 28th, and will end on  at 3p.m.  

If you attempt to schedule a conference and the teacher is booked all evening, please email your child's teacher directly so they can make other arrangements with you. If you need additional assistance please contact Mrs. Palumbo at at 533-5544 Ext. 73251.
