Welcome to the 2026 Hayes Orientation registrations!  Click on your child's grade, teacher's name, date and time you want to meet with your child’s classroom teacher at Hayes Elementary. 

     Fill in the required information, including your name, email, phone number and then inform us if you need an interpreter.


  • Once you have completed your sign up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from MyConferenceTime.
  • If you prefer a phone or virtual conference, please email your child's teacher.


  • This private meeting is for you and your child to meet their teacher, become familiar with their classroom, and help us learn more about your child. Beginning the year with these personal connections helps insure every scholar feels welcomed, valued and ready to learn.
