We invite all female attendees to participate in our optional dress checks for prom. While they are not required, it is highly recommended you have your attire reviewed and approved ahead of the event. Students who do not get their dresses approved prior to the event either by Mrs. Gruspe or Mrs. Yasutomi, will risk being sent home from the event should their attire be deemed inappropriate.
No refund will be issued for improper attire.

Acceptable attire for girls:
Floor-length gowns with dress shoes only.
Sleeveless, backless dresses must not dip below the waistline.
Dress tops must fully cover the breasts and sides of the torso.
Dress slits must not be higher than three inches above the knee.
What to expect at your appointment:
On the day of your appointment, you may store your dress in the office where you will have it reviewed. Dresses that are left behind for more than 24 hours will be sent to the lost and found.
During your appointment, we will take photos of your dress for our records. You will not be required to wear the dress for these photos.
After the photos are taken, please try your dress on so the teacher or administrator can review it to make sure it follows our school’s dress guidelines. It is also strongly recommended that you wear the appropriate undergarments.
