Marlington High School will be holding parent teacher conferences on Thursday, February 5 from 2:45-6:30PM. If you are meeting with only ONE teacher, please choose the teacher's name from the list and then choose a 15-minute time slot for your conference. Please complete all of the REQUIRED fields, including CONFERENCE TYPE. If you choose the VIRTUAL (google meet) option, your student's teacher will send you an email prior to the conference with a google meet link to be used at the time/date of your scheduled conference.

To sign up for a simultaneous conference with multiple teachers (all teachers at the same time for a group conference), please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the "register for multiple conferences" link (in the yellow box) on the main page.
  2. Select 1 student, click continue.
  3. Enter the student's info. It would be a good idea to include a note in the "optional comments" block [if available] so teachers know that this is a team conference. Click continue.
  4. When the available schedules appear, check the box for each teachers who should be involved in the conference. Click "Find Schedules with Common Dates."
  5. Look at the available date(s) that the teachers are available. Click on "View Conferences for [date]."
  6. Check the SAME time for ALL of the teachers involved. 
    This means, for example, checking the box for 4:15 for Teacher A, 4:15 for Teacher B, 4:15 for Teacher C, etc. 
    This will sign up the one student with multiple teachers. Once the times are selected, scroll to the bottom and click on "Sign Up for Selected Conferences."
