The Pre-Participation Screenings are for students playing interscholastic sports in grades 7 - 12. Please report to Wildcat Activity Center on the High School campus at your scheduled time. Be sure to fill out, and print, any necessary paperwork prior to arriving. All forms can be found on Sapphire.
