For In-Person Conferences, you don't need to do anything more. In-Person Conferences are Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 5:45pm - 8:00pm. No appointments necessary.
If you want Virtual Conferences only, please continue reading. Below you will find helpful information on how to set up your Virtual Conferences.
These are five minute virtual conferences.
Virtual Conferences are Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
Registration will OPEN on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 9:00 am.
Registration will CLOSE on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm.
Teachers will only be available by appointment for Virtual Conferences, so please register if you would like to meet with your student's teacher(s).
**********PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!**********
It is very important that you know your child's teachers. Please only sign up for ONE (1) teacher per time slot. We recommend leaving a gap between each conference to allow time to navigate to your next conference.
Please call 314-415-7602 for any questions or concerns.
To sign up for conferences individually:
Click on the teacher's name below.
Choose an available time slot.
Fill in the required information.
Click "Sign Up for Your Conference".
Click on "MyConferenceTime" banner at top and repeat the process for additional conferences.
To sign up for multiple conferences at once:
Click on the "Register for Multiple Conferences" link below.
Choose the number of students you have and click continue.
Fill in the required information for each student and click continue.
Choose all of the teachers you wish to conference with by double clicking on each teacher, then click on: "Find Schedules with Common Dates"
Click on "View Conferences for Thursday, October 16, 2025".
Select available time slots and click on "Sign Up for Selected Conferences".
PLEASE NOTE: Again, there is no time between conferences. Please do not schedule conferences back-to-back (ex: if you schedule a 3:00 conference, do not schedule a 3:05 conference) as it will not account for navigation time between conferences.
