Families will have the option to select either Virtual (Google Meet) or In-person (in the building/in the teacher's classroom).
After you sign up for conferences, you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain the conference meeting link and/or in-person conference time. PLEASE save this confirmation email. It contains the meeting link for your virtual conference and/or your in-person conference time. You will receive a separate confirmation email and meeting link for each teacher with whom you schedule an appointment.
Please note we have teachers who are part-time and others who travel between multiple buildings, which limits their conference schedule.
If a teacher's conference schedule is full, you can always email them with questions or to possibly set up an alternate phone conversation.
