Dear Parents and Guardians,

On behalf of the faculty and staff of the middle and high school, we would like to invite you to attend our parent-teacher conferences on Monday, November 3rd and Tuesday, November 4th. Teachers will be available at the following times:

• Monday - In person conferences will be available from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and again from 6:00 P.M to 7:30 P.M.

• Tuesday - Virtual conferences through Google Meet will be available from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. 

Parent-Teacher conferences are an opportunity to have individual conferences with your student's teachers.  Please follow the steps below to sign up for your preferred conference times:

• The website/scheduler will be available from 12:00 P.M., Monday, October 27 through 8:00 A.M. on Monday, November 3rd.
• Find and click on the name of your student's teacher.

• Select your preferred time.

• Enter the required information.

• Click "Sign Up For Your Conference" near the bottom of the screen. (For each teacher, please limit your conference to one conference per household.) 

• You will receive an appointment confirmation email. Please note that the email will also include the Google Meet link for conferences for any Tuesday conferences scheduled.
