PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR ONLINE SCHEDULING.Selecting your Fall Parent/Teacher Conference will only take a few minutes.
**Conferences are offered for the following date and times ONLY:
Thursday, October 29th from 3:30 - 9:00 p.m.
**Team conferences with core teachers (ELA, Math, Social Studies & Science) are 20 minutes in length. You will meet with each teacher for 5 minutes, and rotate to the next teacher in one room. There may be up to 3 other parents in the room with you, meeting separately, and rotating as well.
STOP! ***PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!**
It is very important that you know your child's team and what electives they are taking. (you may need to check your Infinite Campus Parent Portal for this information). Please note that by time conferences come around, we will be in Term 2 and they may have a different elective. Please check their schedule before scheduling an elective.
Please only sign up for ONE (1) conference per team or elective teacher per child.
To sign up for a single conference:
1. Click on the team and/or elective teacher name below.
2. Choose an available time slot.
3. Fill in the required information.
4. Click "Sign Up for Your Conference".
5. You will receive a confirmation email (please check your SPAM folders, it will not come from Parkway, but from My Conference Time).
To sign up for multiple conferences (multiple children or teachers) all at once:
1. Click on the "Register for Multiple Conferences" link below.
2. Choose the number of students you have and click continue (you may register just 1 child for multiple teachers).
3. Fill in the required information for each student and click continue.
4. Choose all of the teachers you wish to conference with by double clicking on each teacher, then click on: Find Schedules with Common Dates."
5. Click on "View Conferences for (date you’ve chosen)."
PLEASE NOTE: Team conferences are 20 minutes in length and Elective conferences are 7 minutes.
If you prefer to do an email or phone conference, please click on the link and fill out the Google Form! Teachers have until November 14th to fulfill these requests.
