Welcome to the Parkway Central High School Online Scheduler

This year, Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place both virtually and in person on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Teachers will only be available by appointment, so please register if you would like to meet with your student's teacher(s) either virtually or in person.

Selecting your Parent/Teacher Conference will only take a few minutes.

  • These are five (5) minute virtual/in-person meetings
  • Virtual Conferences are Thursday, October 9th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • The link to sign up will be sent Sunday, October 5th at 5 p.m. 
  • Virtual/In Person conference registration will CLOSE on Thursday, October 9th at 7:00 a.m.
  • There will be a BREAK in virtual conferences from 4:17-4:30 p.m.
  • All teachers will have a dinner break between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • In-person conferences are also Thursday, October 9th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Parkway Central High School in the commons and the gym.
  • Conferences for all teachers will end at 8:00 p.m.

                ******PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!******

It is very important that you know your child's teachers. Please only sign up for ONE (1) conference per teacher and only ONE (1) teacher per time slot. We recommend leaving a gap between each conference to allow time to navigate to your next conference.

Please call 314-415-7905 or 314-415-7906 for any concerns.

For families with one PCHS student:

  • Click on the teacher's name below. (You may also search by last name using the "Find schedule" search feature.)
  • Choose an available time slot.
  • Fill in the required information.
  • Click "Sign Up for Your Conference".
  • Click on the Parkway Central Colt banner at top and repeat the process for additional conferences.

For families with more than one PCHS student:

  1. Click on the "Register for Multiple Time Slots" link below.
  2. Choose the number of students you have and click continue.
  3. Fill in the required information for each student and click continue.
  4. Choose all of the teachers you wish to conference with by double clicking on each teacher, then click on: "Find Schedules with Common Dates."
  5. Click on "View Conferences for Wednesday, October 9th.”
  6. Select available time slots and click on "Sign Up for Selected Conferences".
