SUMMIT ELEMENTARY SPRING CONFERENCES 2026


Welcome to the Summit Elementary Spring Conference Portal.

 

Forest Hills School District is committed to engaging parents in their child’s learning experience. Parent-teacher conferences are offered for any parents who are concerned about their child's progress. You can follow the specific process outlined below to sign up. Our Spring conferences are scheduled for February 12th, 4 pm - 8 pm, OR March 5th, 4 pm - 8 pm.


Please consider the following guidelines when scheduling conferences with classroom teachers:

  • Parents should sign up for ONE conference time with your child's Homeroom teacher.
  • Specialists may be available to join the homeroom teacher for the conference. 
  • Unified Arts (Art, Media, Music, PE) and Administration are each available for ONE conference.
  • If you would like to meet virtually, please email your child's teacher after you reserve your time slot.  Then, you will receive a Google Meet invite before conference day. 

Follow these directions below to sign up for a conference:

  1. Open the grade level folder, and click on the link for the staff member or team you would like to schedule.
  2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that are available.
  3. Click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Print the next page or wait until you receive a confirmation via email if you wish, to save as a reminder of your conference date and time.
  5. If you need to meet virtually, please email your child's homeroom teacher.  The teacher will send a link for a Google Invite to the email provided at signups and you will join for your virtual conference at the scheduled time.
