SUMMIT ELEMENTARY FALL CONFERENCES 2026-27


Welcome to the Summit Elementary Conference Portal.

 

Forest Hills School District is committed to engaging parents in their child’s learning experience. Parent-teacher conferences are offered for any parents who are concerned about their child's progress. Follow the process below to sign up. Our Fall conferences are scheduled for October 8th, 4 pm - 8 pm, OR November 2nd, 8 am - 8 pm.


Please consider the following guidelines when scheduling conferences with classroom teachers:

  • Parents should sign up for ONE conference time with your child's Homeroom teacher.
  • Specialists may be available to join the homeroom teacher for the conference. 
  • Unified Arts (Art, Media, Music, PE) and Administration are each available for ONE conference.
  • If you would like to meet virtually, please email your child's teacher after you reserve your time slot.  They will send you a Google Meet invite with a link before conference day. 

Follow the directions below to sign up for a conference:

  1. Click on the link for the staff member or team you would like to schedule a conference with.
  2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that are available.
  3. Click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Print the next page or wait until you receive a confirmation via email, if you wish, to save as a reminder of your conference date and time.
  5. If you need to meet virtually, please email your child's homeroom teacher.  The teacher will send a link for a Google Invite to the email provided at sign-up, and you will join for your virtual conference at the scheduled time.
