Winter Conferences


Hello, and welcome to Wilson's Winter Conference Portal.

 

On behalf of the staff at Wilson, we would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in your child's education. Our Winter Conferences are scheduled for the evenings of Feb 12 (4:00 pm-8:00 pm) and March 5 (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm). We hope that you find your conferences both informative and helpful. For some this process is familiar. For others, please see the instructions below in order to successfully schedule a conference with the classroom teacher.


Please consider the following guidelines when scheduling conferences with classroom teachers:

 

  • Grades K through 2: Parents should sign-up for ONE Fall Conference with the homeroom teacher.

 

  • Grades 3-6: Parents should sign up for ONE conference with the teacher team.


  • Unified Arts teachers, Intervention Specialists, and the Gifted Coordinator are each available for ONE conference.

 

Signing Up for Just ONE Conference:

  1. Click on the link for the staff member or team you would like to schedule.
  2. Select the time you would like to schedule your conference from those that are available.
  3. Click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Print the next page or wait until you receive a confirmation via email so you know your schedule and room on Conference Night.

 

Signing Up for Conferences with MULTIPLE Teachers (Homeroom teacher and intervention specialist or multiple children.)

  1. Click on the “Register for Multiple Conferences” link.
  2. Indicate the number of students you will be scheduling and click “Continue”.
  3. Enter the required information and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
  4. If you have more than one student to schedule, enter additional student(s) on the next screen. Click “Continue”.
  5. Click on the first teacher you would like to meet with and hit the > arrow to move it over to the “Selected Schedules” box.
  6. Add additional teachers by repeating step 5.
  7. Once you have chosen the teachers you would like to meet, click on “Find Schedules with Common Dates” at the bottom of the page.
  8. Click the black block that reads “View Conferences” for the appropriate date.
  9. Find the available times for the teachers you would like to see and click on the appropriate box.
  10. Once you have selected your teachers and times, click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
  11. Print the last page or wait until you receive confirmation by email so you know your schedule for Conference Night.
