Sports Physicals: 2026-2027 School Year

York Suburban is hosting sports physicals this summer for any students entering grades 7-12 who are interested in playing a school sport. Please print and fill out the required PIAA Pre-participation Evaluation packet. Sections 1-5 must be filled out before arriving at your scheduled time.

Physicals will be done by appointment only. No walk-ins will be accepted. Please see the link below to sign up for a time slot.  Registration will open at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd.

Here's some general information regarding the physicals:

Dates: Thursday, July 30th & Thursday, August 6th

Time: 6-8 pm

Location: YS High School (enter through the back lobby)

Cost: $15 (cash, check, and credit card will be accepted)

Students will not be able to participate in a sport until all paperwork has been turned in and approved by the athletic trainers. If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, please reach out to any of our athletic trainers or to the athletic director.
