Accessibility
MyConferenceTime is committed to providing an accessible digital experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA standards and continuously evaluate and improve our platform to enhance accessibility. Our accessibility program includes automated and manual testing, keyboard and screen reader validation, and ongoing remediation efforts. For detailed conformance information, please review our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5).
Standards and Legal Alignment
Our accessibility efforts are guided by recognized standards and applicable regulations, including:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA
- Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended, including the U.S. Department of Justice’s rule on web and mobile accessibility (effective June 24, 2024)
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, where applicable
- Colorado House Bill 21-1110 and related implementing regulations
Scope of Accessibility Efforts
This commitment applies to:
- The MyConferenceTime authenticated web application
- Public marketing website pages under MyConferenceTime control
- Help documentation hosted directly within these properties
Some support documentation is hosted on a third-party platform (Freshdesk). While we make good faith efforts to select accessible third-party vendors, accessibility of third-party platforms is subject to documentation provided by those vendors.
Accessibility Practices
- Automated accessibility scanning using industry-recognized tools
- Manual keyboard-only navigation testing
- Screen reader spot testing of representative workflows
- Color contrast verification
- Ongoing remediation of identified issues
- Incorporation of accessibility considerations into development processes
User-Generated Content
MyConferenceTime allows administrators to create and format content, including custom text and color selections. While the platform provides accessible defaults and structured templates, accessibility of administrator-created content may vary depending on formatting choices, color selections, and embedded materials.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Identified issues are prioritized based on user impact and frequency of use. Improvements are incorporated into regular development cycles as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
