So you scheduled a conference on MyConferenceTime but can’t remember the date and time? Step 1: search your email inbox for your confirmation messages.
What if you can’t find your confirmation messages? Step 2: use our new feature to look up conferences using your email address. This link is also at the bottom of each page on the MyConferenceTime scheduling system. When you enter the email address, you’ll be emailed a link to view all of your conferences.
What if you didn’t enter your email address when signing up for a conference? Step 3: please contact your school.
A note about looking up schedules using your email address: We require an email address to ensure student confidentiality. Only the person with access to the email account will be able to view the scheduled conferences associated with the email address. If we did not have this requirement, anyone could type in information – even someone else’s information – and view conference data for someone else. This would be unacceptable; student safety and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. If you did not enter an email address – or entered the wrong email address – when you signed up for a conference, you will not be able to use this feature.
