Previously Scheduled Conferences

So you scheduled a conference on MyConferenceTime but can’t remember the date and time?

Step 1: search your email inbox for your confirmation messages.

What if you can’t find your confirmation messages?

Step 2: Look up conferences using your email address or phone number. This link is also at the bottom of each page on the MyConferenceTime scheduling system. When you enter your email address or phone number, you’ll receive a security code to view all conferences associated with the email address or phone number.

What if you didn’t enter your email address/phone number when signing up for a conference?

Step 3: please contact your school.


A note about looking up schedules using your email address or phone number: We require an email address or phone number to ensure student confidentiality. Only the person with access to the email address/phone number will be able to view the scheduled conferences associated with the email address/phone number. If we did not have this requirement, anyone could type in information – even someone else’s information – and view conference data for someone else. This would be unacceptable; student safety and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. If you did not enter an email address/phone number – or entered the wrong email address/phone number – when you signed up for a conference, you will not be able to use this feature.
